Furniture Deliveries:

Westhill Interior's shipping partner offers an amazing white-glove delivery service to the BC Lower Mainland all the way to Mission and even up to Whistler! White-glove only: Your newly purchased furniture is carefully delivered, assembled on site, & all packaging is removed. All you have to do is enjoy in your excellent design choices & start planning on what accessories are next!
Furniture Delivery Details:
- In-stock merchandise is usually delivered within 7-14 business days, though some special requests may take longer.
- For a flat fee per trip, we will deliver every piece of in-stock furniture in your order regardless of the number of items.
- If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered merchandise, we will deliver all items in one delivery.
- Multiple deliveries can be accommodated by request for an additional delivery fee.
- Service via our dedicated delivery partner for customer addresses within our local delivery areas (the BC Lower Mainland from Whistler to Mission!
- Additional charges may apply to special warehouse and residential circumstances, including remote locations not readily accessible; please call 604-732-1398 for details about your location.
1-2 days before delivery, you will receive a call with a 2–4-hour delivery time frame. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed. - Please contact us at least 3 days before you want to change or cancel your scheduled delivery to avoid a CAD $45 rescheduling fee. It is not our intension to cause you additional expenses, the rescheduling fee is in place to cover any cost related to changing your scheduled delivery.
- If customers could clear the room where the new furniture will be prior to delivery, our delivery team will deeply appreciate the thoughtfulness.
- Person accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age.
Shipping Delays or Issues:
- While we strive to provide accurate and timely shipping services, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical challenges may cause delays in delivery. In the event of any significant shipping delays or issues, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the situation to the best of our ability.
Furniture Delivery Fee:
- A flat rate delivery fee of CAD $249 applies to every trip to postal codes within the BC Lower Mainland.
Furniture Delivery Outside of BC Lower Mainland:
- We offer shipping to addresses in Canada and US and selected international counties. Please contact us at +1 604 732 1398 for shipments outside BC Lower Mainland.
Home Accessory Basic Freight Deliveries:
- Many of our incredible home accessory & lighting products that are under 30 pounds can be shipped via courier are available to ship to many Canadian postal codes! Please review our rates & shipping destinations below for more information:

- Shipping charges of accessories under 30 pounds for your online order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Before we ship out your order, you will be contacted by our team to confirm the shipping cost if applies.
- Products are shipped and arrive within approximately 6-9 days for in stock items Mon–Fri, daytime hours.

- Deliveries are made exclusively with Canada Post.
- Tracking is provided.
- An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery.
- Items shipped via Basic Freight Delivery are boxed and arrive at your door.
Store/Warehouse pickup:
- To provide convenience for local customers, we offer store/warehouse pickup as an option to waive the shipping charge. During the checkout process, you will have the choice to select “Store/Warehouse Pickup” if it is available for your location. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to schedule the pickup.
